Robert Douglass, LEED AP BD+C
Robert Douglass, LEED AP BD+C has been with VMA since 2005 and is now an associate. He graduated from the University of Miami with a Master of Architecture degree and from Haverford College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Growth and Structure of Cities. He studied abroad in both Rome and Tokyo.
He has a particular expertise in understanding complex contextual issues and working within existing frameworks. His recent projects include renovation work at Pennington School’s Wesley House, Oakwood Friends School’s Lane Auditorium, and Master Planning efforts at St Andrews and Millbrook Schools. He is currently leading the construction of a 27,000 SF Humanities Classroom building at the Pennington School.
Robert enjoys the great outdoors and activities such as biking, hiking or camping with his family.
