After acquiring an adjacent 60,000 sf building, now known as Penelope Wilson Hall, the college undertook a full reorganization and expansion rebranding itself as a “Diamond on the Parkway” inspired by the hexagonal windows in its new facility. A dynamic new entrance plaza features dramatic lighting and a gallery which showcases student and alumni work at street level and connects to the Fox Lounge which is furnished with bold colors and classic pieces. Penelope Wilson Hall provides large, open, flexible studio space and faculty offices. The existing main building, now Sarah Peter Hall, provides 72,000 sf of completely renovated gallery and public spaces, classrooms, offices, computer labs, and studios.
