Elie Zeinoun, Associate AIA, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, joined VMA in 2021 after graduating from Columbia University with his Master of Architecture. He previously earned his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the American University of Beirut, and practiced landscape architecture in the Middle East before returning to school. Elie served as a Program Council representative at both AUB and Columbia, and often organized “6on6” social events at Columbia as well. His role as a teaching assistant and, ultimately, leader of Columbia’s Introduction to Architecture course in Summer 2021 has given him a passion for design pedagogy. He speaks six languages, including Arabic, French, and Italian, and loves to play soccer and tennis.
