Associate AIA
Project Manager
Isabella Bartenstein, Associate AIA, rejoined VMA as a Project Manager, having earned her Master’s Degree in Architecture from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation in 2021. She joined the firm in 2014 as a draftsperson after receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Growth and Structure of Cities from Bryn Mawr College.
Although she is a full-time member of our New York office, she takes advantage of being able to work just as easily in our Philadelphia office. She has developed a specialization for planning and designing independent school environments; she is currently managing the complex phased renovation of a residence hall for a boarding school in the Northeast. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, painting oil landscapes, and attempting to teach her husband Spanish.
