Olivia Bartholomew

LEED Green Associate, Allied ASID

Interior Design Coordinator

Olivia joined VMA’s Interior Design Studio in Spring 2023 while completing her graduate studies at Temple University. She earned her Master of Architecture degree, graduating summa cum laude in 2024, after receiving a joint Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Historic Preservation in 2023.

At VMA, Olivia’s work often begins with interior architecture and design and continues through FF&E selection and procurement. She enjoys guiding projects from concept to completion, helping clients bring their vision to life through spaces that are cohesive, functional, and thoughtfully detailed. Her approach is rooted in creating environments that not only look beautiful but also support the people who use them every day.

Olivia’s interests in sustainability, preservation, and materiality have been shaped by experiences beyond the design studio. She has worked on farms in California, where she developed a greater appreciation for sustainable practices and the connection between people and place, and on an archaeological site, where she gained firsthand insight into the lasting impact of craftsmanship and history. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, walking along the Schuylkill River, practicing yoga, and getting lost in a good book.
